It’s a good idea to exercise at the same time every day. Then it becomes a habit – your exercise routine becomes automatic.
FIND A FRIEND
It’s more fun and motivating to do your exercise with a friend. And it’s more difficult to make excuses!
EAT FRUIT
You shouldn’t eat a big meal before you exercise, but a banana or other fruit is good. And you must drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated.
GET GOOD CLOTHES
You should wear comfortable clothes to do exercise and good trainers are important for your legs if you go running.
